With a career that includes advising on strategic, operational, and organizational projects at McKinsey & Company, Ilja has over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the US, Middle East and Russia. His expertise is instrumental in navigating our clients through Russia’s complex and promising market landscape.
Ilja holds a Master’s in Finance degree with distinction from the Stockholm School of Economics and an Executive Master’s in Public Management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
